Items that you need to have at Event include: 5-gallon bucket and electric within 3ft. of sculpture. If you would like flowers or decorations around or in the sculpture you will need to provide it also.

Ice Creations is a small company committed to excellence. We are limited in how many sculptures we can deliver at the same time. When you have decided that you would like a sculpture, please double check all of the details and return the form along with a check for $50.00 to hold your Event Date. The balance remaining and any additional charges are due one month prior to the actual date of the event.
